The MA Economics degree offers a strong theoretical and empirical background in the principles of economics and aims to produce professional economists for the government, non-government, and corporate sectors as well as for careers in academia and research institutions. The curriculum is designed to enable the students to independently analyse economic issues using the various methodologies, analytical frameworks, and the latest economic events.

Practical: surveys, role plays, field visits, dissertation, workshops, seminars, quality circles, project works, presentation of case studies, industrial visits, and other experiential activities.
